It's been about a month now since I first bought Painter. I was inspired to start painting for a few reasons. I'm on my own now in a different state and I've been on the path of finding purpose and searching for things that truly make me happy. Producing art is one of them and although I have played the trumpet for almost 10 years, I realize that it isn't filling that void. I can't express myself as well as when I paint.

I've also started volunteering at a pet shelter, which is extremely rewarding. I've adopted my 2 year old egyptian mau from there. He's so wonderful.

Anyways, I've been reading workshops and stuff about how to better my painting skills. If anyone has any advice, share!
